These are the terms for using Analytix402. By creating an account or using the platform, you're agreeing to these terms. We've kept it readable on purpose.

What Analytix402 Is

Analytix402 is a monitoring, analytics, and security platform for APIs built on the x402 payment protocol. We provide an SDK you integrate into your API, a dashboard to view your data, and tools to detect threats and track revenue.

Your Account

You need an account to use the platform. A few ground rules:

• Use a real email address you have access to — we need it for login and notifications
• Keep your API key private. If it leaks, regenerate it immediately from Settings
• You're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't share credentials
• One account per person or organization. Don't create throwaway accounts to abuse the free tier

Plans and Payments

We offer a free tier and paid plans. Here's how the paid side works:

• Payments are made in cryptocurrency — USDC, ETH, or SOL on Base or Solana
• All payments are final. Crypto transactions are irreversible by nature, so we can't issue refunds once a transaction is confirmed on-chain
• Subscriptions don't auto-renew. When your plan expires, you'll drop back to the free tier until you renew manually
• Prices are listed in USD. For volatile tokens (ETH, SOL), the conversion rate is locked for 30 minutes when you start a payment
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Active subscriptions won't be affected until renewal

What You Can Do

• Use the SDK in any number of your own projects
• Access the dashboard and all features included in your plan
• Export your analytics data
• Use the security scanning and threat detection tools as intended

What You Can't Do

• Resell access to the platform or share your account with others
• Use the platform to monitor APIs you don't own or have permission to monitor
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Send fake or manipulated analytics data to the ingestion API
• Use Analytix402 for anything illegal

Your Data

You own your data. We're just hosting it for you. Check our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of what we collect and how we handle it.

If you delete your account, we delete your data. There's no hidden retention period beyond what's needed for legal or operational reasons (like payment records for accounting).

Service Availability

We do our best to keep the platform running 24/7, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Things break sometimes. We won't be liable for any losses caused by downtime, data delays, or service interruptions.

We also reserve the right to modify features, update the platform, or deprecate parts of the service. If something major changes that affects your usage, we'll give you reasonable notice.

Rate Limits and Fair Use

Each plan has usage limits (endpoints, requests per month, history retention). These exist so the platform stays fast and fair for everyone. If you consistently exceed your limits, we'll ask you to upgrade. We won't cut you off without warning.

Token Disclaimer

Analytix402 may be associated with a cryptocurrency token on the Solana blockchain. A few things to be clear about:

• The token is not a security, investment contract, or guarantee of any kind
• Owning the token does not grant special access, equity, or governance rights over the platform
• The token is entirely separate from platform subscriptions — you pay for plans with USDC/ETH/SOL, not the project token
• Token value can go up or down. Crypto is volatile. Don't invest more than you can afford to lose
• We make no promises about token price, listings, or future utility
• Always do your own research. Nothing on this platform or in our communications constitutes financial advice

Liability

Analytix402 is provided "as is." We build and maintain it with care, but we can't be held responsible for:

• Losses from service downtime or bugs
• Incorrect analytics data or missed threat detections
• Losses from cryptocurrency transactions (payments are verified on-chain but we don't control the networks)
• Third-party service failures (Supabase, Vercel, blockchain RPCs)
• Anything related to the associated token's market performance

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Termination

You can delete your account whenever you want from Settings. We can also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms — but we'll try to reach out first unless it's something severe (fraud, abuse, illegal activity).

Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms from time to time. If it's something material, we'll email you. The date at the top tells you when it was last changed.
