Privacy Policy

Hey — we take your privacy seriously. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. No legal gymnastics, just the straight facts.

What We Collect

When you create an account, we store:

• Your email address (for login and notifications)
• A hashed version of your password (we never see or store the plaintext)
• Your wallet address (if you make a payment)

When you use the Analytix402 SDK, we collect API analytics data from your endpoints. This includes:

• Request metadata — HTTP method, path, status code, response time
• Payment data — amounts, currency, wallet addresses involved in x402 transactions
• IP addresses of incoming requests to your API
• Timestamps

We do not collect personal information about your end users beyond what flows through x402 payment headers (wallet addresses are pseudonymous by nature).

How We Use It

Pretty simple — we use your data to:

• Show you your analytics dashboard (that's the whole product)
• Run security scans and detect threats against your API
• Trigger alerts you've configured (error spikes, revenue drops, etc.)
• Process your subscription payments
• Send you account-related emails (confirmation, password reset, alert notifications)

We don't sell your data. We don't use it for advertising. We don't share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Full stop.

Third-Party Services

We use a few services to run the platform:

• Supabase — database and authentication (your data is stored in their PostgreSQL infrastructure)
• Vercel — hosting and deployment
• CoinGecko API — price data for ETH/SOL conversion during payments (no user data is sent to them)
• Base and Solana RPCs — on-chain payment verification (we only send transaction hashes, not personal data)

Cookies

We use localStorage (not cookies) to keep you logged in and remember your theme preference. That's it. No tracking cookies, no analytics scripts from third parties, no pixel trackers.

Data Retention

Your API analytics data is retained based on your plan:

• Free — 7 days
• Pro — 90 days
• Business — 1 year

Account data (email, profile, settings) is kept for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we remove everything.

Your Rights

You can:

• Export your data at any time from the dashboard
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Update your email or password from Settings

If you want anything removed that the dashboard doesn't cover, just reach out and we'll sort it out.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices — HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords, row-level security on the database, API key authentication for SDK ingestion, and JWT tokens for dashboard access. We don't store sensitive payment credentials. Crypto payments are verified on-chain — we never hold your funds.

Token Disclaimer

Analytix402 may be associated with a cryptocurrency token launched on the Solana blockchain. This token is separate from the Analytix402 platform subscription payments. Holding or trading the token does not grant access to paid features, and purchasing a subscription does not involve buying the token. Crypto assets are volatile and carry risk — do your own research before making any financial decisions.

Changes

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top and let you know via email if it's something significant. We're not going to bury changes in fine print.
